1. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products (including strategy PDFs, templates, training material, or access credentials) are delivered instantly via email or secure download link immediately after successful payment.

If you do not receive your product within 10 minutes, please contact us at contact@synorogroup.co.site and we will re-send your access manually.

2. Service-Based Delivery

For performance marketing, consulting, or lead generation services:

A project onboarding or strategy session is initiated after payment confirmation

Delivery timelines are clearly agreed with the client in advance

All communication and fulfilment takes place via email or secure client portal

3. Refund Policy — Digital Products

Due to the intangible and non-reversible nature of digital products, all sales are final once access is delivered.
We do not offer refunds for instant downloads, digital assets, or training resources after delivery.

Refunds are only considered if:

Duplicate purchase occurred by mistake

A technical failure prevented access and cannot be resolved

4. Refund Policy — Services

For digital marketing or service retainers:

Refunds may be issued only if work has not yet started

Once work has begun, refunds may be pro-rated based on unfulfilled work only

No refunds will be issued after campaign strategy, ad setup, or resource allocation has commenced
